WHAT GOT YOU INTO COOKING IN THE FIRST PLACE?

WHY DID YOU START COOKING CADENZA? AND WHAT IS A CADENZA?

I hate cooking, so it seems a bit counterintuitive that I created a blog about it and spend so much time/effort improving my culinary skills, right?

Not really. I actually have quite a few reasons why I set out on this journey into becoming a musician-turned-chef....

Reason #1: I was sick of frozen foods for one person.

Reason #2: Freshly prepared food > Fast/fried food

Reason #3: I'm learning to branch out in my food tastes.

Reason #4: To cook for others.

Side note: Congratulations are in order to my mom and her BFF who together have lost over 65+ pounds on WW so far!

Reason #5: To cook with others.

Reason #6: To enhance my creativity.
