CROCKPOT CHICKEN BROCCOLI DIVAN
Servings: 6
- 2-5 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bag of frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
- 3 TBSP mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 c WW Mexican blend (or cheddar) cheese
Directions:
- Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot and layer with 1/2 package of frozen cut broccoli (serve the rest later with dinner).
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a separate bowl and add mixture to the crockpot.
- Top with WW Mexican blend or cheddar cheese and cook in crockpot for about 4-5 hours on low.
- Note: if cooking in the oven, bake for about 45 minutes or so on 350°F.
