CROCK POT HONEY SAUCED CHICKEN

- 2 pounds of chicken breast, cubed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup chopped onion
- 1/8-1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
- Crockpot instructions: Season chicken with salt and pepper, cut into small cubes, and place into crockpot. In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, and garlic. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 3 hours or on high 1½ hours.
- To bake chicken immediately: Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350° F for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
